Jord-Tech Products
Asphalt is a performance pavement material available in continuously graded fine, medium, Course and base (BTB) options, manufactured to a specified mix design using selected mineral aggregates and bitumen binders.
Our range includes E-Prime, MC-grade, and quick-dry primes. These are low-viscosity bitumen-based binders used to penetrate and prepare granular pavement layers prior to surfacing, selected to suit specified pavement conditions and construction requirements.
Our range includes SS60 and other cationic and anionic bitumen emulsions, as well as modified emulsions. These products consist of bitumen dispersed in water and are used for spraying, mixing, and surface applications where controlled breaking, adhesion, and workability are required.
Primarily including S-E1 and A-E2 polymer modified binders. These binders incorporate polymers into conventional bitumen to alter performance characteristics and are used in asphalt and surfacing applications where enhanced deformation resistance and durability are required.
Rubber bitumen (S-R2) is produced by incorporating recycled rubber into conventional bitumen binders. Our S-R2 offering focuses on new long-life rubber bitumen technology designed to improve elasticity, crack resistance, and durability in asphalt and surfacing applications where extended service life is required.
Our cold mix is supplied in 25 kg bags and produced to controlled mix design requirements. Product quality and consistency are critical to ensure workability, durability, and performance when used for patching and maintenance applications.
Our hot-applied crack sealants C-R1 and C-E1, as well as cold-pour CC-E1. These materials are used to seal cracks in pavement surfaces, limiting water ingress and preventing further deterioration when applied in accordance with pavement maintenance requirements.
Pre-coating fluids are used to treat aggregates prior to surfacing to improve binder adhesion and reduce stripping. Product quality and correct selection relative to aggregate type are critical to ensure compatibility and long-term performance in sprayed seal and surfacing applications.

Rejuvenator is a high-performance bitumen restoration treatment designed to penetrate and revitalize aged, oxidised asphalt surfaces by replenishing lost binder components and restoring elasticity, flexibility, and fatigue resistance. Unlike fog sprays or emulsions, it is absorbed into the existing surface, becoming part of the binder structure to seal microcracks, improve aggregate retention, reduce water ingress, and retard further oxidation. The result is a fast-drying, trafficable surface (within 2–4 hours) that extends pavement life, maintains or improves friction, and provides a cost-effective, repeatable maintenance solution for preserving valuable road infrastructure

Jord Tech’s Soil Stabilisation solution is an advanced engineering binder designed to transform weak, moisture-sensitive soils into durable, load-bearing layers suitable for road construction, haul roads, and hardstand areas. By chemically modifying and binding in-situ material, the product improves strength, density, and moisture resistance while reducing plasticity and long-term deformation. This allows existing soils to be reused rather than replaced, lowering construction costs and accelerating project delivery. The result is a structurally enhanced, more resilient foundation layer that delivers improved performance, reduced maintenance, and a more sustainable approach to infrastructure development.

Warm Mix Micro Surfacing is a high-performance, elastomer-modified asphalt applied using a warm mix method to deliver a durable, protective re-seal that extends surface life. Designed for final surfacing and remedial applications such as rut filling, it offers improved elasticity, fatigue resistance, and stability compared to traditional slurries, while remaining instantly trafficable to minimise disruption. With a high softening point binder (>70°C), strong elastic recovery (>50%), low voids, and compliance with COLTO asphalt specifications, this approximately 8mm thick fine to medium graded system provides enhanced impermeability, structural stability, and long-term surface performance

Jord Tech’s Trafficable Waterproofing System is a purpose-developed, multi-layer solution designed for parking decks, podiums, and other vehicle-bearing surfaces where waterproofing and durability are critical. The system typically involves removal of the existing surfacing and failed membrane, inspection and repair of joints and interfaces, followed by the application of a waterproof concrete primer, a flexible latex-based waterproof seal, and a resin-modified surface dressing to create a fully bonded, trafficable finish. Engineered specifically for live-load environments, the system provides effective waterproofing, reduced structural load due to its lighter build-up, faster installation times, and meaningful cost efficiencies compared to conventional asphalt-based alternatives, making it a practical and modern solution for protecting concrete structures exposed to vehicular traffic.

Jord Tech’s Dust Suppression solutions are advanced binder-based products designed to control dust on haul roads, mine access routes, stockpiles, and unpaved surfaces by binding fine particles together and stabilising the running layer. Engineered for high-traffic and harsh environmental conditions, the products reduce airborne dust, improve road safety and visibility, enhance surface durability, and lower overall water consumption compared to conventional watering methods. By strengthening the surface matrix and improving resistance to erosion and traffic wear, Jord Tech’s dust suppression systems deliver longer-lasting performance, reduced maintenance cycles, and a cost-effective, environmentally responsible approach to managing operational dust.
