The Hydrocarbon Enriched Rejuvenator is a purpose formulated composition of bitumen, hydrocarbons, and aromatic oils, designed to penetrate any bitumen-based surface, revitalizing the existing oxidized binder whilst improving its performance and extending the surfaces life.
